Masonic Youth Groups
Masonic youth organizations give young people structured opportunities to build leadership, confidence, friendship, character, and a lifelong habit of service.

Texas Rainbow for Girls
Texas IORG serves girls ages 11–20 through youth-led meetings, public speaking, leadership roles, and service projects. This sisterhood fosters confidence-building and responsible citizenship within the Masonic family. With adult advisors and community support, members learn valuable life skills by leading their own activities and initiatives.
Texas DeMolay
Texas DeMolay serves young men ages 12–21 and develops leadership, teamwork, public speaking, character, citizenship, brotherhood, and community service. Members plan and lead activities with guidance from trained adult advisors and support from Masonic organizations, learning how to make a positive impact in their communities while building bonds of fellowship.

Why These Groups Matter
Rainbow and DeMolay are separate youth-led organizations; membership in these groups does not make someone a Mason. Their connection to Freemasonry is rooted in shared values like integrity, leadership, charity, service, respect, and responsibility. supporting these programs helps prepare thoughtful, capable community leaders, regardless of whether they later join a Masonic organization.
Masons and the wider Masonic family support these organizations through mentorship, meeting facilities, scholarships, and point service projects. We provide positive adult examples and encouragement to help young people grow into the leaders of tomorrow.
